The Personal Data We Collect
We keep the personal data we collect to a minimum:
- Contact form enquiries — when you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any message you enter.
- Website analytics — we use Umami Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This does not identify you personally (see below).
We do not collect payment details, special category data, or any other personal information through this website.
Why We Use Your Data, and Our Legal Basis
| Purpose | Data used | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Responding to your enquiry about our property management services | Name, email, property location/type, message | Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR — taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries |
| Understanding and improving how our website is used | Aggregated, non-identifying analytics data | Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR — our legitimate interest in understanding site usage |
| Complying with legal or regulatory obligations | As required | Article 6(1)© UK GDPR |
Submitting our contact form is not treated as blanket consent for us to use your information however we wish — we only use it for the purposes set out above.
Website Analytics
We use Umami Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service. Umami does not use tracking cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name or exact IP address; it produces aggregated statistics about page visits, referrers, general location and device type. We do not use any other analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking technologies on this website, and we don’t have a presence on social media.
Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use a small number of trusted service providers (processors) to run our website and business:
- Netlify — our website hosting provider
- Clook — our email provider, used to receive and store contact form enquiries
- Umami Cloud — our website analytics provider
We may also disclose personal data to law enforcement or regulatory bodies where we are legally required to do so, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep contact form enquiries for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and follow up, and then delete them, unless a business relationship continues or we need to keep records for longer to meet a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Analytics data collected via Umami is aggregated and does not identify individuals.
We retain your contact form data for 12 months.
Where We Store Your Information
Contact form submissions are sent to us by email via Google Workspace. Website hosting is provided by Clook. Analytics data is processed by Umami Cloud. All data in transit between your browser and our website is encrypted via HTTPS.
Children’s Data
This website and the services we offer are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and if we become aware that a child has submitted personal data to us, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below.
Your Data Protection Rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access — ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data in certain circumstances.
- Restriction — ask us to restrict how we use your data in certain circumstances.

You also have the right to complain directly to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s independent regulator for data protection, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
